Our Livestream Studio

A Real Studio.
Real Production. On Air When You Are.

Our Fairfield, Texas livestream studio is built for serious creators — podcasters, business owners, ministries, coaches, and brands who want broadcast-quality video without building their own production setup. Run your own show, or let our team produce it for you. Either way, you walk in with an idea and walk out with content that’s ready to publish everywhere.

Video has quietly become the most powerful trust-builder in marketing. People watch faces, listen to voices, and decide who they believe long before they ever read a website or open an email. Our livestream studio is a fully built-out production space in Fairfield, Texas designed to give creators, businesses, ministries, and brands a professional place to record and broadcast — without spending five figures on cameras, lighting, audio, and switching gear they’d barely use. Whether you want to host a podcast, broadcast a webinar, run a live sales event, record video for YouTube, or stream a Sunday service, you can do it all in our space — either producing the show yourself or handing the whole thing to our production team.

The opportunity is enormous and getting bigger every quarter. Industry research from Cisco, Wyzowl, and HubSpot consistently shows that video now drives the majority of internet traffic, and the businesses publishing real video content win on every measure that matters — longer time on site, higher engagement, more inbound leads, stronger brand recall, and faster trust at the top of the funnel. Livestreaming amplifies all of that further, because it’s live, raw, real-time, and (uniquely among content formats) creates a single recording that can be repurposed into a YouTube upload, a podcast episode, ten short-form clips for social, an email newsletter, and a blog post — all from one show, one day, one studio session.

Our Fairfield studio gives you that production capability without the production headache. Walk in with your guests, your script, your worship team, your coaching session, your product launch, or your interview lineup — and walk out with broadcast-ready video that’s already streaming live or uploaded for editing. Use the room on your own with our equipment, or upgrade to a fully produced experience where our team handles cameras, audio, switching, graphics, and multi-platform streaming while you focus on what you’re there to do: be on camera, talk to your audience, and grow your brand.

Frequently Asked

Studio Questions? We Have Honest Answers.

Plain-English answers about booking, pricing, packages, equipment, streaming platforms, and what to expect when you walk in.

What is the RMG livestream studio — and what can I do there?+
Our livestream studio is a professionally built-out video production and broadcast space at our Fairfield, Texas office. It’s set up with broadcast cameras, professional lighting, podcast-quality microphones, a video switcher, on-screen graphics, and the streaming gear needed to broadcast live to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch, custom RTMP destinations, and church-platform players — or to record everything for editing and later publishing. You can host a podcast, livestream a sermon, broadcast a webinar, run a live sales event, record YouTube video, hold an investor presentation, do remote-guest interviews, or anything else where you need broadcast-quality video without owning the production gear yourself.
Can I produce my own show, or does RMG have to run it?+
Either works — we offer both. Self-produced bookings give you the room and equipment for a flat hourly or daily rate. You bring your guests and your show plan; we give you a quick orientation on the gear and let you run it yourself. Best for podcasters, repeat users, and creators who already know their workflow. Fully produced bookings put our team behind the cameras, the audio board, the switcher, the graphics, and the live-streaming destinations — you and your guests just show up and do the show. Best for first-time hosts, multi-camera shows, high-stakes events, or anyone who’d rather focus on content than tech.
How much does it cost to use the studio?+
Pricing depends on whether you self-produce or use our production team, how long you need the room, how many cameras and microphones you need active, and whether you want post-production add-ons. Self-produced studio time is offered at hourly and half-day rates suitable for solo podcasters and recurring shows. Fully produced sessions are quoted per show or per engagement, and cover everything from camera operation to live-streaming to multi-platform delivery. Recurring shows (weekly podcasts, monthly webinars, weekly broadcasts) get reduced rates through ongoing booking arrangements. Every project starts with a free conversation and a transparent quote so you know exactly what you’re investing in.
What platforms can I stream to from the studio?+
All the major ones, often simultaneously. We can stream live to YouTube, Facebook (page or group), LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitch, X (formerly Twitter), and any custom RTMP endpoint — plus dedicated church-streaming platforms like Resi, BoxCast, ChurchStreaming.tv, and Subsplash, and webinar platforms like Zoom, Restream, StreamYard, and vMix. We can multistream a single show to several platforms at once, embed it on your own website, or simulcast to a paywalled membership platform. If your audience is on a particular platform, we can almost certainly get you there.
What equipment is in the studio?+
A complete production setup. Multiple broadcast-grade cameras, professional three-point and key lighting, broadcast-quality microphones with proper acoustic treatment, a multi-input video switcher with picture-in-picture and split-screen capability, on-screen graphics and lower-thirds, teleprompter capability, a green screen and chroma-key options, monitors for hosts and guests, and a stable hardwired internet connection sized for live multistreaming. The setup handles solo shows, two-host conversations, panel discussions, and remote-guest interviews via integrated video calling. If you need something specific, ask — we’ll tell you honestly whether we have it, can rent it in, or recommend a different setup.
Can I bring remote guests in via video call?+
Absolutely — remote guests are part of how most modern shows work. We integrate remote guests through Zoom, Riverside, Squadcast, StreamYard, vMix Call, or whatever platform fits your workflow, and bring them into the broadcast as a clean video and audio feed alongside the in-studio host. The result looks like a real broadcast: properly framed, properly mixed, with on-screen names and graphics — not the clunky split-screen webinar look most DIY shows end up with.
Will I get the recording files after the show?+
Yes — always. You receive the full video recording (typically high-resolution MP4), separate audio files for podcast publishing, individual camera recordings if you booked a multi-camera setup, and any graphics, lower-thirds, or supporting files used in the show. You own everything we record for you. We can also handle post-production as an add-on — editing the show, producing short-form clips for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), publishing the podcast version to your hosting platform, uploading the YouTube version, and writing show notes and SEO descriptions. The studio session is the engine; ongoing repurposing is what compounds the value.
Do I need any technical experience to use the studio?+
Not at all — that’s the whole point. Self-produced bookings include a hands-on orientation walking you through the cameras, mics, switcher, and streaming controls; many returning users get fully comfortable within the first session. Fully produced bookings require zero technical experience — you and your guests sit down, get briefed, and just be on camera while our team runs everything else. We’ve produced shows for first-time podcasters, ministry leaders who’d never streamed before, business owners launching their first webinar, and seasoned creators who just want to focus on the content. Whatever you arrive with, we’ll meet you where you are.
How does livestreaming actually help my business or brand?+
Livestreaming builds the three things every business needs and most can’t buy: trust, authority, and owned audience. Showing up on camera regularly builds trust faster than any other format because viewers see you, hear you, and form a real impression of your competence and character. Publishing thoughtful video content positions you as a credible voice in your space and earns the kind of authority customers seek out instead of being sold to. And every livestream becomes durable content — a YouTube video that ranks for years, a podcast episode in your library, ten short-form clips for social, a blog post on your site — building an owned content engine that compounds over time. Done well, one livestreamed show a month can produce more brand-building content than most businesses ship in a quarter.
How do I book the studio?+

The Studio Advantage

Why Livestreaming Has Become the Most Powerful Brand-Building Channel

Live video does what almost no other content format can: it builds trust at scale. Customers don’t buy from logos or websites — they buy from people they’ve come to trust. And nothing builds trust faster than seeing someone show up consistently, on camera, in real time, talking about what they know. A few months of regular livestreaming creates more genuine familiarity with your audience than years of polished marketing copy ever will. That’s why podcasters quietly become the most-trusted voices in their industries, why business owners who go on camera build more loyal customer bases, and why ministries with strong streaming presences keep growing their congregations long after the doors of the building close on Sunday morning.

It also gives you something most marketing channels can’t: an owned content engine that compounds with every show. A single one-hour livestream becomes the YouTube video that ranks for years, the podcast episode in your library forever, ten or fifteen short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, a written transcript that becomes a blog post for SEO, an email-newsletter feature, and quotes for your social-media calendar. Treated this way, one studio session a month can produce more brand-building content than most businesses ship in a quarter — and every piece of it lives on your channels, owned by you, working for your business years from now.

The reason most businesses, ministries, and creators don’t take advantage of this is purely logistical. Building a real production setup is expensive, complicated, and easy to do badly — cameras, lighting, mics, acoustic treatment, a switcher, multistreaming software, internet bandwidth, a presentable space. Most people who try to assemble it themselves end up with a setup that looks unprofessional on camera, fights them on every show, and quietly discourages them from publishing as often as they should. Our studio removes that entire problem. The room is built. The equipment is dialed in. The internet is up. You walk in, sit down, and do the show — either running the gear yourself or letting our team handle it.

Two Ways to Use the Studio

Self-Produced or Done-For-You — You Choose How Much We Run

Different shows have different needs. A weekly podcaster who knows their workflow doesn’t need a production team breathing over their shoulder. A first-time host launching a webinar to 500 prospects probably does. We built the studio with both kinds of users in mind — and you can mix the two as your needs change. Here are the two ways to work with us:

Option 01 — DIY

Self-Produced Studio Time

Hourly & half-day rates

Book the room and the equipment for a flat rate. We give you a quick orientation, hand you the controls, and step out of the way. Best for podcasters, repeat users, and creators who already know their workflow.

  • Full access to cameras, mics, lighting
  • Switcher, graphics, and streaming controls
  • Multistreaming to your destinations
  • Recording files delivered after the session
  • Hands-on orientation on first booking
  • Recurring-show discounts available
Option 02 — Done For You

Fully Produced Sessions

Quoted per show or per engagement

Our production team handles every technical element — cameras, audio, switching, on-screen graphics, multi-platform streaming, and remote-guest integration. You and your guests just show up, sit down, and do the show.

  • Multi-camera operators and audio engineer
  • Live switching, graphics, lower-thirds
  • Remote-guest integration via video call
  • Multistream to all your platforms
  • Pre-show prep and run-of-show planning
  • Optional post-production and clip packages

Many of our regular users start with a fully produced session for their first show or two while they learn the format — then transition to self-produced bookings as they get comfortable. Others go the other direction, starting self-produced and upgrading to full production for high-stakes shows like product launches, fundraising broadcasts, or live events with paying audiences. Either way works. The studio is yours when you book it.

Who Uses the Studio?

Built for Podcasters, Pastors, Coaches, Founders, Brands, and Beyond

If you talk to an audience — customers, members, congregants, students, or fans — the studio gives you a credible place to do it well. The room works for almost any kind of show, but here’s a sample of who’s walking through the door:

  • Podcasters launching or scaling a show
  • Pastors and ministries broadcasting services
  • Coaches and consultants building authority
  • Business owners running webinars and launches
  • Authors and speakers promoting books
  • Real-estate professionals on weekly market updates
  • Financial advisors hosting Q&A sessions
  • Fitness and wellness creators going live
  • Educators and trainers running classes
  • Nonprofits and ministries hosting fundraisers
  • Bands and worship teams streaming performances
  • Anyone running an online event with a real audience

If you’ve been planning a podcast for two years and haven’t recorded an episode, or you’ve been wanting to livestream your services but haven’t found the equipment budget, or you’re finally ready to host a webinar and don’t want it to look like a webcam call from 2020 — the studio exists to remove that entire obstacle. Walk in, do the show, walk out with publishable content. That’s it.

Our Difference

Why Choose RMG’s Studio?

There are bigger studios in bigger cities, and there are coffee-shop podcast booths in suburbia. Our Fairfield, Texas studio sits in the sweet spot — a real professional production environment with broadcast-grade equipment, a flexible self-produced or done-for-you model, and the marketing team built right next door to help you actually do something with the content you record. Choosing RMG’s studio comes down to three things: flexible access, real production capability, and a marketing team that can amplify whatever you record.

Most production studios will record your content and send you on your way. We can do that — but most clients get more value when they pair studio time with the rest of what we do: short-form clip production for social, podcast publishing, YouTube SEO, email newsletters, content-marketing strategy, and ongoing audience growth. The show is the engine; the marketing is the fuel. Working with us means both can come from the same team. Here’s what working with our studio looks like:

  • Self-produced and fully produced bookings
  • Broadcast-grade cameras, lighting, and audio
  • Multistreaming to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, more
  • Remote-guest integration on every show
  • Recording files delivered after every session
  • Optional post-production and short-form clips
  • Content marketing team next door
  • Reduced rates for recurring weekly shows

We treat the studio as a long-term creative home, not a one-off rental. Many of our clients book regular slots — weekly podcasts, monthly webinars, weekly Sunday-morning broadcasts — because consistency is what builds an audience. Whatever rhythm fits your show, the studio is here when you’re ready.
